Soma Coma hails from Melbourne, Australia and plays a menacing and unrelenting brand of hardcore.  Consisting of ex-Eat A Brick members, this band delivers raw, violent, ugly, noisy and plain fucked up hardcore punk that's fast and blazing with buzzsaw guitars, blasting drum work and throat-tearing screams.  Huge thanks to OldSchoolMike at OneTrackToHell for putting me onto these maniacs.  These guys are absolutely nuts so snag everything and dig hard!

Oaf

Vancouver's Oaf is a gritty, blown out, thrashing mess of distorted hardcore punk.  This band came out of nowhere and kicked me square in the face.  The production of their material is ugly in the best way and these driving tracks of blasting drum beats, frantic guitar riffs and fierce vocals are captured perfectly.  Not much else can be said so snag and crank loud.  Dig.

The Superweaks

Chris Baglivo and Evan Bernard started The Weaks sometime in 2012. Since then, they produced a sound that will slingshot you back to 90's alternative greatness. Their debut 12" EP, The World Is A Terrible Place... is great for cranking on hot summer days or the cooler nights that follow despite the title. Recently they changed their name to The Superweaks, and put out Bad Year. I know that's a little odd, but their sound is still the same and Bad Year kicks ass. Get on it and indulge.
