Tragedy

Tragedy is still as pulverizing and heavy as they were from the start.  These guys formed back in 1999 and constructed an assaulting brand of hardcore punk adding elements of d-beat relative to Discharge and some Japanese styles.  This band hits fucking hard!  Thick, war-like drums and bass are the backbone to thick chugging riffs and howling guttural vocals.  I've been bumping their Vengeance LP lately and couldn't get them off my mind so here you go.  Enjoy these rippers and dig.

  1. The band Patsy O'Hara out of Germany cites Tragedy as one of their main influences and is fucking amazing. You should take a listen on their bandcamp and if you like them post them on your blog sometime.
